Customer service could do with improvement

What are the best aspects of this product?

In theory it is a good template and sounds like it will be an all in one solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the references it did not include the National Construction Code. It did not offer enough references to asbestos and related activities required in the demolition plan. Inserting a diagram seems tricky. If you add extra information along the same heading, the contents page numbers do not adjust and require manual adjustment.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

As above. Note that if you want to send in a review, if you indicate that you are a user of the product, the company, then demands you to take a screenshot, for their "own verification" purposes. This is over the top and assures them no feedback that is why no-one has written a review!
