What are the best aspects of this product?

The software automatically sends reports to every party involved on a bi-weekly basis. This helps everyone keep track of their requirements such as safety certifcations. With the program's help, I can make sure that everybody is up-to-date with the latest innovations on the field and in their safety training.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can generate client certification reports on an ad-hoc basis but I cannot do the same for online courses. To get information about them, I have to wait for the once every two weeks report. If I really want to get my hands on the data as soon as possible, I have to do it manually and go through every personnel's file if they need to take up new courses or are finishing up with required subjects.
