What are the best aspects of this product?

All that's required is being able to see the overall compliance of the organization. At the same time, identify which employees will need to step up in terms of compliance. Proving to companies that we have our own safety tracking program. Its reward system is great in keeping employees motivated to be compliant. It also prevents them from being too complacent withe processes and policies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing really to hate at the moment. I've yet to come across anything negative. Currently, our company safety officer is constantly keeping me updated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Functioning as as secondary admin, its biggest advantage is the reports I'm able to acquire on employees. I get to know who needs renewing in a snap of a finger. It's no longer a casee in getting a location only to realize their certification is past due. The overall advantage as a growing organization is possessing a safety tracking program for clients. This also applices for government compliance.
