There's plenty to like with SafetySync. Its ability to monitor certificates and training is seamless. It also makes the process efficinent. Employee certificates are readily available in a single click. It's a safety management program that functions efficiently while remaining cost effective.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's really nothing to dislike. Whenever I run into an issue, the support staff is there to help you. They quickly addressed my concerns. They're able to do so in clear detail.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our biggest probblem was certificate tracking. Now, everything is house in a single place. It's a simple to print any training matrix to see which individuals are missing what, what's about to expire, and which ones have already expired. Managers can easily access the certificate status of all employees. This program takes an easier approach in ensuring all MSDS are updated.
