Every employee, regardless of their technical knowledge, can make use of the system especially when it comes to tracking their own training and certification.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When we collaborated with another organization on SafetySync, we had a bad experience. We had to keep uploading data to the system and instead of smoothing our cooperative workflow, it only became a barrier because it did not allow the recipient organization to do anything more than view individuals' training progress.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has reduced our expenses when it comes to training. On top of that, we can create tailored in-house training with its help.
