What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how SafetySync is enabling me to look into all worker certificates and training. SafetySync lets me connect with employees in just a click. It offers an online resource where workers can spot procedures, MSDS, policies, and legislation in real-time. SafetySynch has weekly compliance report updates that shows if a company has gone the right or wrong way in compliance and which aspects needs fixing the most. In terms of support, all you need is to e-mail them of your problem and a representative will respond to you within an hour.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I dislike with SafetySync is that whenever workers are through in training course, I never get alerts. I have to rely on them to tell me that. That's actually ok with me, if only workers have good communicastion with the Safety Office.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Currently, we run a central location where where all worker training and certifications are updated. We can peek a few months in advance as to when the expiration dates of their tickets are. We're able to carry our orientations and continue education in a single platfrom. We can send bulletins to certain positions in the company without having to include over a hundred e-mails to an e-mail list. SafetySync did all the sorting out for us.
