What are the best aspects of this product?

Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to use! The contract module contains copy-paste functionality and allows us to store different contracts. This feature comes with paperless capability, eliminating the needs of using conventional data entry and processing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Basic reporting tools are not available. The software doesn’t allow us to open several windows as we’re progressing. It is even hard to look for a specific report on a pool of reports available. What we do to avoid any mix-ups is we generate few reports and make sure each contains rich data in each and have some options to work on them later. Data should be entered manually. For instance, we utilize Automatic Data Processing for payroll processing, but can’t upload files from there, so we need to enter employee working hours manually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We acquire ease when it comes to cost code structures for different jobs. We are able to track, organize, and report data associated with each job without much effort involved.
