What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many things that I like about the software. For one thing, it's very user-friendly and its interface is simple and easy to navigate. It's been a great help and has helped make it easier to access the information we need with very little trouble. This is a really great characteristic of the software which I think would be invaluable especially when a department like finance is communicating information to another department like manufacturing. A lot of its features have also been helpful when it comes to increasing business efficiencies since the time needed to retrieve data has now been minimized, which also results in a boost in performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If your company decides to use this software you have to make that there is already an expert in Excel onboard because data exporting is one of the software's less user-friendly aspects, with the final product requiring extensive clean-up. The data-exporting process can also be bogged down by file sizes larger than 100 MB. You also can't open a lot of windows simultaneously.

The services provided by the tool have helped us out with issues we've encountered in cost accounting, monthly financial reporting, SKUs, inventory tracking, bill of materials, and costing.
