What are the best aspects of this product?

Sage 100 ERP has offered us with extreme veersatility and customization, enabling us to tweak the software so we can address our business needs head on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think there is anything I don't like about the software. Perhaps it takes a while to load up but I believe it is more of a network issue rather than a product issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We fully leverage the AR and Sales module to handle our maintenence department. With the AR module, we enter our equipment as AR customers and then create sales ordrs to assign labor and sign out parts to equipment repaired.
