A very steep learning curve worth going through.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Screens are segregated in different sections. That makes everything simpler to comprehend. Presence of menus and icons are ideal for both novice and advanced users. I like the traditional look of the menus.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Backups are accomplished only if you've successfully cloused the software out. I find this terrible. That means I'd need 20 users to have all logged out in the evening. Backup system needs improvement badly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We managed to get just about everyone on board with the software. We also had them following the same set of procedures. Through user security, we get to limit each user's accessibility to certain parts of the software. Users won't have accessiblity to the general ledger and other accounting parts they're not part of.
