What are the best aspects of this product?

Simplistic invoicing and general accounting and reconciliation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sage 50's support is among the worst I have experienced. They want you to pay 500.00 for a product with only one year support. When you have a problem like I had ( an account mislabeled that prevented me from closing out my year) they told me my version was too old to help me, but I could purchase an upgrade for another 500.00 with 1YEAR of support, 1 YEAR!!! Other than it being out right extortion, it is the most pathetic support program on the planet. Steer clear of this unethical company. There are easier and more efficient programs that actually support their product.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Support , as they basically have none right now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None, everything I do here I used to do in a manual ledger, this is just faster.
