PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how all of the info can be linked to differen parts within the program. That means when a certain area is being updated with info, it'll offer a link to the next area. A unique thing to have. Makes things convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever time tickets are being entered, it's impossible to add the time without involving the colon. It'll resort to its "default" function. You'll have to include it in how you want it to exactly function. Otherwise it'll automatically revert to zero and see yourself going through it all over again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can now make sure that all varying purchases across the board matches with sales orders. This ensures that orders are coming in right. I'm able to benefit for making sure the assigned jobs are labelled with job IDs. Whenever a job is pulled up, you get to extract a report from such job to see the number of employees who have worked on it, number of purchases bought, and how long it took to get the job done.
