What are the best aspects of this product?

Sage HR has the benefit management features, and this gives all the employees a chance to express themselves. Again, Sage HR helps in conducting the surveys for employees. There is secure database for all employees. Finally, Sage HR tracks all the attendance and time management features for the employees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

On PTO management, Sage HR still requires some updates. Furthermore, the features for API in Sage HR is still not the perfect one. Finally, Sage HR requires enough training, so that users will understand how the program runs.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Sage HR should establish a successful video conferencing feature for this product, and this would suport communication and team work in a company. Again, a Live chat option.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sage HR helps our firm in managing the human resource department, where human labor is the key. For instance, the program gives the company a track of attendance and time usage. It also helps in scheduling most of the business operations.
