What are the best aspects of this product?
There are absolutely no great aspects about this product/ accounting solution, since you can't trust it to take care of the most basic every day aspects in an office setting.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Very unreliable biometrics system. Inflexible time record system which does not allow flexible break times for agents. Unreliable payment system. Cashcard is unreliable, multiple complaints about debited accounts but no cash from ATM, every payday. Online payments unreliable/ not working, accounts get debited but payments are not made. Downtimes/ Maintenance almost every pay day! The system is painstakingly slow.
The list continues, check google reviews to get an idea how terrible this system really is. And don't mind the few 5 star ratings, because a quick search on google will show you that they were made by Salarium employees.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Maybe concentrate on the basics before adding anything new
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
None. The system has proven unreliable from the first day of implementation. It can't even successfuly send notification emails to all employees, that alone should have already been a warning sign
