Creatio allowed us to do something we never thought possible: track our entire sales journey beginning with the first-ever interaction with the lead-turned client. This way, we can assess what actions we did right, continue doing them or enhancing implementation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks the option to delete a former account signed in.
