What are the best aspects of this product?

I work on different other platforms so I'm glad that Creatio can integrate seamlessly with these apps I use, as well as with many other apps. Mainly, I love Creatio for automating my work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish it could make the customization process easier as it often eats up so much of my time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With improved management, I can allot my time on more meaningful, revenue-generating tasks.
