What are the best aspects of this product?

I have gained more clients thanks to Creatio's effective digital marketing functionalities. It has very useful tools such as ready-made templates that are highly customizable and easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be more helpful if Creatio could categorize contacts, say as potential leads.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm recommending it to my small-business clients so they can realize how integral CRM is in accelerating their growth. And so far, many are responding positively to this initiative of mine.
