Creatio pretty much automates everything I do, from creating tasks to repurposing an entire organization's work flow. It's data storage feature is also extremely versatile, putting you in full command.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope it could take on more complicated processes and allow so in a way that would make performing them still user-friendly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Creatio filled the gaps in our process flow. We could delegate tasks easily. Our employees don't have to worry about mismanagement because that's all cared for by Creatio. In all, our efficiency undoubtedly was undoubtedly enhanced.
