What made Creatio our choice of CRM software is its centralization of all digital marketing activities into one dashboard. The extensively configurable dashboard also gives another reason to like Creatio more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes time to learn about Creatio, exactly why doing so requires training. Nevertheless, their technical support team is tremendously helpful in giving simple explanations on how I can go about working around Creatio.
