Creatio beats its competitors for its user-friendly interface; integration with multiple apps; and overall functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m giving the mobile version three stars for its being so difficult to learn. Proper guidance should be provided during the exploration and learning phases.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company has not encountered any major issue in using Creatio, (desktop version) even at the beginning when we were just setting it up. Truly hard to surpass especially in this area.
