What are the best aspects of this product?

Creatio is easy to use and robust of useful features. We continue to learn more about Creatio. Luckily, Creatio has a customer care staff that are highly knowledgeable and helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While we are impressed with its flexibility in terms of personalization, we remain to face difficulties in fully unlocking what it still can offer as we feel we are left on our own to figure them out. Also, I wish it could provide more ready-made templates for bulk email as we usually create them individually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Creatio has become a fundamental part of our system as it automated all our work while helping even the not-so-techy people transition with ease.
