Our company enjoys Creatio's extensive flexibility with configurations. The choice of apps with which Creatio merges are also extensive. And while learning how to use Creatio was intuitive, service providers nevertheless provided an extensive guide on this.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be much convenient for us if Creatio allows individual transferring of contacts instead of an entire phonebook.
