What are the best aspects of this product?
The most amazing thing about Creatio is its capacity to gather as much data it can, store it in one place in order, and instantly comb through this trove of data to pull out what you need. What more is that you can access these data on mobile devices.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When we were just learning how to navigate the system, we were quite everywhere. We eventually sought help from customer support which we hope could answer more promptly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Among Creatio's biggest contributions is cutting the time on case processing, data analytics, organizing coordination protocols, and overall lifting up our quality of service.
