What are the best aspects of this product?

SalesForce is great software with amazing features. Some of my favorites are the following: (1) ability to analyze productivity data extensively; (2) dynamic data visualization; (3) easy integration with other important software; and (4) ability to automate and secure processes within the business!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We experienced a little delay when data are updated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software is a significant help, especially for our clients, in accessing and organizing data.
