Since this is cloud-based, it allows me to work from home without having to worry about data access. I love how easy it is to find the info I need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface is hard to understand which I think hinders users to use it efficiently. You need to undergo training to be able to use it properly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Data issues are easily resolved with Salesforce because data and info are easily accessible.
