Great service for self-hosting

What are the best aspects of this product?

You can use Heroku for free so you won’t have to pay for the service. Also, I love its documentation, it is so easy to set up and to get started. I didn’t know much about Linux pro when I started with this service but I have used Git and deployment to Heroku was very easy. Other good thing about Heroku is the fact that this software provides great set of plugins and 3rd party services so you are allowed to add support for any data storage mechanisms, message queue services and others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Herokus is for Linux users only, but this is not big deal for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Heroku has helped me to place the host for my websites and it is great thing for tracking personal projects and prototypes.
