What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the level of flexibility that Salesforce offers its clients. Through it, my team and I have been enjoying freedom in all aspects of our accounts. It provides great support for businesses, no matter the size. This has truly been an ace up our sleeves when it comes to driving efficiency and success. It takes some time getting used to, but trust me, the functionalities are worth it. I cannot recommend this program to both start-ups and established businesses alike.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Everything works fine for me. The program itself has been thoroughly vetted and provides enough support for its users. Once in a while, I catch myself getting overwhelmed by all of its tools, but it's manageable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Salesforce makes all of our goals doable. Through it, we can easily track all of our clients' details and follow through with them to drive sales. Now, no lead falls through the cracks and everything is accounted for.
