What are the best aspects of this product?
Salesmate has everything that our company needs. The price is right, and it has excellent features that helped us in improving our sales. With a clear visual representation of our sales process, we could track our important deals and follow-up on-time. We could manage and access our data in a more organized manner.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am not able to automate all my marketing activities but i know that will be too much to ask for.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would eagerly wait for marketing automation in the next version.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Salesmate is very sales-forward. With their phone app, our sales reps could manage their sales pipeline even when they were away from their desk. So far, our experience with Salesmate CRM has been too good. We are looking forward to growing with this CRM.
