PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The setup time was really quick. Our team started using the platform from the first day. The workflows made it easier to manage my sales pipeline. As a vice president of sales & marketing, I needed a system that will travel with me to every place that I visit.

After the free trial, I was sure that Salesmate is going to be the CRM that I need to streamline my entire sales process.

It is loaded with great features and allows me to tweak the system as I need. The automation of emails and follow-up activities saves a lot of my time.

Easy lead creation and smooth process help my team to achieve sales targets quickly. I have been using Salesmate for the past six months and have witnessed the system bring a lot of new features for the web as well as the mobile app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Would like the platform to have project management features to handle the development side of my business.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would really like to have a built-in calling feature so that I don’t have to use other integrations as I love working with Salesmate by my side.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It made my organization's sales process simple. Now I can keep an eye on each sales rep activities even when I am not present in the office.
