Sales processes, schedule, emails get organized. One can easily check on everything at a glance. Easy to use and UI design is streamlined and appealing.

There are many third-party integrations available but there is still a scope to add some more integration options.

It's almost perfect, So as of now I don't require anything more but yes, there is always a scope of improvement.
