What are the best aspects of this product?
I was looking for the CRM that could help me manage my leads as well as sales process. The most important thing I liked about Salesmate is it is easy to use and flexible enough that anyone can use it according to the process. The best tool for converting leads into customer and building stronger customer relationships. Everything is perfect with a great experience.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I like Salesmate because of it’s smooth emailing features. It provides email templates and email tracking for clients. But I would love to see some more intuitive inbuilt templates.
