What are the best aspects of this product?

The team behind Salsify is great to work with, they are always open to new ideas. I really like the front facing catalogs because they are modern and you can easily view them. We are able to load huge amount of records in less time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could add matrix style viewing for child. It lacks options for extracting data such as multiple sell sheets. I would like to receive more help on how to resolve/fix some company processes based on the vendor’s feedback. I wish there was unique log-in for end-users. They could add more metrics.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to solve the problems with product data management. We are able to keep track of customer’ set up form speed. We are using it as a link for B2B site. Our customers like its image extracts.
