What are the best aspects of this product?

Salsify offers great set of features and extremely useful interface. There you can find lot of FAQ and attentive customer support team. Our support agent is always available for us and whenever we need him he is quick to answer all out questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot really say that I have dislikes about this product. The learning curve is time-consuming but the good thing is that you have your own agent who would help you with everything. Also, there are some coding you need to apply to some channels and publishing it would be great if they could make more training videos about this issue. In addition, I wish there was filters, it would be extremely helpful instead of creating a list and adding to the list one by one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thankfully we have found great way to manage our product information and all digital assets. As we started to grow we really needed more effective way to keep track of all the information and to have publishing sheet generated instead of doing this for every retailer. This product helped us to solve some efficiency issues. We still learn how to use this product to its fullest.
