Salsify offers great platform with lot of helpful features

What are the best aspects of this product?

Salsify allows me to keep track of the information and to know what’s missing from specific product. I like its image features. I love that they constantly release new updates and features and we always like to try every new feature from this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product lacks options for indicating relationships between products. We would like to define reciprocal relationships instead of setting up the attribute each time. Also, we have faced some UI bugs when choosing orders of attributes. I believe they will work on these issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to see what products are listed on which selling platform. Our team is spread out everywhere in the country and this tool helps them to improve their interaction by sending spreadsheets in less than a minute. We are using other Digital asset management tools, but I use this one as a main tool for asset management and we have experienced more benefits with the workflow.
