What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the simplicity of this product. Before Salsify I have tried other products but they are nothing compared to this one. The updates are simple and easy. The importing options saves lot of time of individual updating products. Thanks to export features I’m able to publish my content info by using the templates I want. We don’t have to enter data manually because everything is done by Salsify.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have been using Salsify for two years by now. In the beginning the Interface needed some improvements, and its team managed to fix the problem. Later then I had some organizational issues and they also fixed this one. Currently I have asked for adding more categories of images and I believe they work on my suggestions. I like that its team is always open and ready to perform new ideas.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps with product setups, product maintenance, direct feeds of content into Google manufacturing center and multiple retailers like Jet, Target, Walmart and many other. Salsify is important tool in our company. Both of our brand and marketing teams are allowed easy access to all information about the product, The sales team is able to keep track of catalogs and to offer new products to our customers.
