Salsify is robust and reliable software that it supports our digital marketing and e-commerce site management weekly. Its dynamic lists of products and improved workflow helps us to reduce the time for managing some manual processes. Its support team is great, they are knowledgeable and they always help when we face some issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You’ll experience slight learning curve for statements if you use some export functions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it as digital asset management and data syndication. It helps us to clean up dimensions and to attach marketing copy so we can better organize data. We have set up “alerts” to solve various scenarios for manual attention. I like that the sales team uses digital catalogs. The biggest benefit is that we have information on fingertips that can be used in various departments.
