What are the best aspects of this product?

Salsify is intuitive and user-friendly product. Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience or if you are not tech savvy there is a learning curve that would help you to figure out the basis in no more than 2 days. Once you learn how it works your experience will start to grow. This product offers lot of publishing options with various retailers and point-and-click solutions for some complex tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is almost new product and it is normal that it has some bugs and there is always room for improvements. They could work more on some site functionalities for e.g. the display of product property. But these small issues can be annoying.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have found that Salsify is extremely helpful tool for adjusting various retailers, because all of them are different and they all require different needs for the product information. Thankfully we are able to meet all their needs. I like that this tool centralizes all the data in readable format. There are special permissions based on who is viewing the data and what’s their role. Everyone from our sales departments to upper management have easy access to data.
