PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The workflow of Samanage engine is awesome, they are constantly improving something. Asset Management is a very useful tool, also the service is easy to extend via GPO. User-friendly, intuitive and it’s very easy to setup every option and feature. Also, you have integration with ADUC.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike about this software. We are new to this system and we still learn how to use it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve used tools to run pseudo helpdesk, and it wasn’t what we were looking for. But now everything is changed with Samanage.
