What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the integration with NAV, the product is extremely easy and clear so our team needed some minimal training. It’s easy to set up and run large store in less time. We can managed all business administration from our ERP system. CMS is easy to use and if you are beginner believe that you will quickly learn how to use the product, but on the other hand, there is a space even for advanced users to code more complex things. What I like most is detailed attention to SEO and quick set-up time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You need to know that the performance is dependent on NAV service and this is a part of the software, it’s good to know if you want to implement on-premise. This can be found in the latest version (9.0) with some caching features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have experienced great success in selling products on-line and with minimum change into our business process. It helps our back-office to take care of orders and to offer some additional service to our customers including 24/7 purchasing, real-time information, dynamic catalog, discount tables and etc.
