New versions improved so much!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The 2016 version is performing so much better compared to its older versions. The old one kept on crashing and I hated using it. This one also has a better interface -- more optimal, with amazing layout and design. Its functions also improved so much. Now I have clearer, more readable, and exportable reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing better about the old versions is that they allow us to run multiple reports and we can't do that in the 2016 version. We also have to adjust the way we do our reports and re-learn using the interface since it significantly changed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our reporting improved as we changed it to work with the newer version of the app.
