Quick and easy generation of reports

The user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. This app can handle large datasets. It sorts and organizes data pretty well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Generating/exporting large reports takes time. It doesn't alert if the report is done so you have to check it manually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were having difficulties in generating reports from large datasets before. Now we can do it easily with SAP Crystal.
