The app's strongest suit is that it is highly customizable which makes it perfect for any industry. I also love that it's working perfectly with various data sources.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software isn't that user-friendly so the user should have at least a little background on coding to produce amazing reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All the teams in our company (except the Finance team) are using SAP Crystal in creating reports.
