What are the best aspects of this product?

With SAP ERP solution all you need is centralized and it is great that you can navigate different screens and there are shortcuts for every screen, field and option navigation. I like that there are various reporting facilities so you can use your store data and your level is not importan whether you are an admin or business manager.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software is complicated and it has learning curve. I’d like to see an in-house app automation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used it for service management solutions, managing contracts and renewing them every 3 months.
