What are the best aspects of this product?
It is comfortable and easy to use. We've also just experienced a few hiccups along the way such as downtime but the customer support is excellent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's very much dependent on the SAP platform which sometimes means that customers without an account there has to wait for a long time before getting the services they want. It would be nice to have an urgent mode or other features that will improve the program's modification flexibility.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's fast to deploy, it doesn't fail, and it balances load excellently. It's also useful for scale-out and scale-up architectures.
