What are the best aspects of this product?
I like using Scheduflow in booking appointments with our clients because it helps me organize my plans daily. It works without any issues, so I can always rely on it wherever I go. I love that it’s capable of syncing my client directory listing, so scheduling and follow-ups won’t any longer be a chore to complete. It’s user friendly, easy to learn, and customizable for your comfort.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are somethings that the developer of Scheduflow needs to work on. These are minor issues that do not make a significant impact on my daily workflow. However, if you are looking for something more robust, you may have to think twice about using Scheduflow because it solely relies on Internet or Wifi connectivity. CS support needs some improvements. Still, as a customer, I can say that I’m happy with the app.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to use and install Scheduflow to the majority of our computers in the office. We didn't encounter any significant issues syncing them with the central server. Since we started using this platform, we seldom have any pressing problems with the scheduling of appointments and meetings. There is less conflict on both parties that allows us to push through with our plans smoothly.
