What are the best aspects of this product?

Booking an appointment is relatively easy using this system. I can block my preferred time slots on the calendar especially if there’s a need for me to cater to other concerns aside from my clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should put brief descriptions of the icons showing on the left side of the system. Sometimes I tend to click the wrong icon which is quite troublesome for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Booking appointments for our clients is way better than accepting walk-ins because it helps us organize our work schedule for the day. If things are in order we tend to be more productive which is something that we want for our business.
