PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's the only software that can be integrated into my website, that is how I got to know it. Love the looks and the interface is nice. It worked well in automating text and emails reminding clients of their confirmed appointments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's a need to bring down the $20 price tag especially since they have competitors that aren't as expensive. The program as a whole could also be more intuitive since there are functions that all do the same thing. I usually tick everywhere just to find what I particularly need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Scheduling appointments and meeting with clients out of my time zone is not a hassle or hard to do. Connecting to clients comes easy and efficient with this software.
