What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the booking flexibility that Schedulista provides.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they can lower the price especially when email and text reminders are not included in the current amount we pay for on a monthly basis. The basic features are all priced fairly, but the add-on is a bit pricey and quite not right.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software integrates well with Google Calendar which is a plus. This way I don't miss out on any appointments. The automation of clients' appointments has made scheduling so much easier and well organized.
