What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that it's user-friendly. Essentially, you click on a location, know the kind of problems you're facing, and includ comments/addition info required. You're given the option to click if it's urgent, or if there are problems in maintenance, or a general/custodial request. You get to browse into the previous request made and results are showcased by year.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One thing that I dislike with School Dude is its search feature. You can key in and search by means of a request number or keyword. But you'll end up sorting through years of data if you lack a request number. I wish there's a solution to sorting things out by year/date as opposed to tying them both together.

It's conveniet to use. It fosters accountability. It keeps the workload even for both custodial and maintenace staff. The webinar is fantastic.
