What are the best aspects of this product?
School Dude provides an ideal system that lets our school faculty in sending in help requests for tech/maintenance support. At the same time, it also reserves facilities. The program in itself is multi-faceted. This makes it highly effective in school management.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In terms of design, it's not appealing at all. Sometimes, it's challenging to determine the right request needed for the maintenance request I'm working on. The page is overwhelmingly filled with tiny icons that are similar to each other. It'd be a big help to have some sort of a search menu for you to begin typing with additional options below it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With the school system we have in play, this lets us access support swiftly. There's no need to send out an e-mail to the IT department or maintenance head. It's a benefit in setting up meetings within facilities. One functionality that we appreciate is checking if a certain area/room is open on specific time and day.
